PROCESSING DELAYS

We are working super hard to process and ship all orders. During the special time, please expect a longer than usual delay. When you receive your shipping confirmation email, please expect up to 5 business days of processing before seeing your tracking number activate and go live.

Flat rate worldwide shipping is available for all products here at Cuddly Buddy Collection.

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt of the order. Once your order has been picked up for delivery, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number and link to help you track the parcel at any time.

Delivery may take up to 3 weeks depending on various factors, but in most cases, it will be faster than that.

Please note that the estimated delivery time is the carrier's best estimate of when a shipment will arrive at its destination. Shipments can get delayed, especially during holiday seasons when the international carriers all get jammed with high volumes of shipments. Please refer back to the shipping confirmation email for the tracking number and link we provide you. If you did not receive the shipping notification email, or can't find your tracking number, please contact us.

Return & Exchange

 

We try our best to get all orders to our customers within the fastest time possible, but unfortunately from time to time shipping delay may occur, especially during holiday seasons. While we understand that this can be frustrating, we cannot cancel or change orders that have already been shipped (tracking number available). We will work hard to resolve the issue and make sure you can receive the order as soon as possible.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, and for the safety of our customers, we cannot accept the return of any non-defective products. If you have any other inquiries, we are always here to help our customers. Here is our policy for the Defective Products

If you have any questions or concerns with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us right away.

Don't see a "Delivered" item?

 

If an item is marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier but has not yet arrived at the address provided, please contact us right away we will help you reach out to the courier and resolve the issue. We may be able to send a replacement to you if the issue cannot be resolved. However, in this specific scenario, we may not be able to issue any refund.

Entered the wrong order address?

 

Please make sure to double-check your shipping address when you are filling in the shipping details. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect/incomplete shipping information will not be able to get refunded. Contact us right away if this happened to you. Don't worry, we will help you out!
